Dana Hamm
Dana Hamm is the most recent addition to our team, and a graduate of Cornell, Class, with a BS in Landscape Architecture and an AAS in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Development from SUNY Cobleskill, NY. Equally as comfortable behind the drawing board and out in the field, she understands both the art of design and the proper placement and care of plants. Apart from getting an education, she is a world traveler. She was a Rotary International exchange student to Liege, Belgium for a year where she learned French, explored the surrounding countries and grew an appreciation for Belgian style brews. She later landed in East Lothian, Scotland for 6 months where she ventured to the highlands, visited many of the areas walled in English gardens as well as botanic gardens, and managed to avoid having to pick up a set of golf clubs. Dana likes to spend her free time frequenting farmers markets, cooking, oil painting, hiking, and playing tennis and soccer. Dana grew up in a small farming community in upstate New York surrounded by a large family and growing up in the country that cultivated her love of the outdoors, beautiful landscapes, and an appreciation of rural life.
