Water Gardens Soothe The Spirit At AguaFina
It is a well hidden secret in Sylvan Lake. A place to visit if you want to create your own secret garden…..
Tucked away among architectural artifacts, Japanese lanterns and soothing sounds from water gardens, is AguaFina Gardens and Imports. Headed by owner Daryl Toby and senior designer Jeff White, the landscape specialists design exceptional gardens, tranquil escapes and water ponds. The focus is in designing all kinds of gardens that entice the senses. The men are experts in artifacts, stone elements and water features.
“We create unique gardens to fulfill both desires and needs of our clients as well as being artistically pleasing. Each of our gardens is as unique as the client himself,” says White. The designer brings his background in creative studies and his artistic eye to every space he designs.
Toby formerly owned a lawn maintenance company. He is now a world traveler and highly successful in his own right. Joining forces with White, the dynamic duo bring eclectic collections of imports for garden and home.
Toby’s love for travel has sent him packing to the Pacific Rim in search of Asian fountains, water urns, granite furniture and stone figurines. His travels have made AguaFina a direct importer of architectural elements, accents and stone. “Toby has always been ahead of the curve in finding the latest trends in gardening,” White says. The environmentalists’ growing interest in water gardens have made them a leader in water and pond installation. Through the sounds of splashing water flanked by antique basins and even an occasional Buddha, the ponds evoke a magical quality of tranquility with a connection to nature.
